The Double Arrow Sign is a traffic control sign that is placed either on or near an obstruction, traffic island, or gore in the road. It indicates that vehicles are allowed to pass on either side of the obstruction. The sign warns that traffic will usually rejoin after passing the obstruction, but in some cases, traffic may continue in different directions.
