Junior Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Managing obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party
  • Prepare, send and store invoices
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
  • Recording and filing cash transactions
  • Maintain and make necessary adjustments to various records and log such as payroll, purchase order and other financial record
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence
  • Manage company's social media selling platform

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Diploma and above
  • Highly motivated
  • Long term career progression
  • Familiar with online marketing Shopee, Lazada & Social media
  • Excellent in communication and selling skills
  • Possess own transport
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software & accounting software (SQL)
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
