Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for doing tele-sales for the company’s products.
- To explain company’s product offering, product promotions and to pre-qualify prospect based on specific criteria.
- To ensure daily and monthly productivity target is achieved and exceed sales performance indicators set by management.
- Keeping abreast with competitive issues, products and the financial market and active participation in providing feedback during discussions.
- Fostering positive relationship with team members within team and department.
- Adhering to department process and procedures in complying to audit, regulatory, and compliance.
- Work closely with Manager to develop and implement sales and services strategies to achieve (and if possible, to exceed) committed targets in the relevant product through telesales calls.
- To manage the day to day planning, operations and problem solving to meet with the required sales productivity and financial goals.
- A specific and additional job description will be briefed on the day you commence work.
Requirements:
- Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients
- Candidate should possess a good personality, able to work under pressure and positive attitude
- Self motivated, dynamic, proactive possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results
- Candidate must have own transport
